Req Id: 41490 Job Title: Event and Programming Manager City: West Lafayette ## **Job Summary** As the Event and Programming Manager, you will plan, develop, oversee, contribute to, and implement events and programming that increase the visibility of the John Martinson Honors College (JMHC). The activities to be managed include collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and the target audience includes individuals both inside and outside of the college. The Event and Programming Manager will work with and represent JMHC at university events, collaborate with JMHC colleagues, and engage JMHC students to build support for activities and events that elevate the college's profile and develop new and creative approaches to events and functions. You must be able to work independently with limited supervision, exercise judgment to plan and make decisions on event arrangements, and implement moderate to significant improvements to enhance event performance. You will be responsible for managing the budget for each event, approving expenses, and using tools like Qualtrics to track, extract, and analyze event data to evaluate the effectiveness of programming.
