This role focuses on designing high-level staff, executive, and provider compensation programs that are market competitive, internal equitable, compliant, and technically optimized within Workday. This role leads a team that work closely with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy and Analytics, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders across the organization in the development, implementation, communication, and administration of base and variable pay programs.
