This position will primarily provide prospect research to development officers who work with principal level ($1M+) and major level ($100K+) prospects and may also support development officers who work with international prospects. The Prospect Development Associate Director will also support the development of prospect strategies throughout the fundraising cycle in collaboration with development officers, Development leadership and other staff, with an emphasis on strategy formulation for principal prospects and high priority major prospects. The Prospect Development Associate Director will also perform prospect identification at the direction of the Director of Prospect Development and in collaboration with prospect management or their assigned fundraisers.
