This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights. **Daily Focus** - Analyze complex operational and financial data to explain performance trends, identify root causes, and inform both tactical actions and longer-term strategy. - Perform root cause analysis and summarize findings to provide clear, actionable insights for leadership - Work closely with multiple levels of leadership and operational teams to support continuous improvement - Deliver high quality reporting and analysis to drive operational and financial outcomes - Support ad hoc analysis and ongoing performance monitoring in a dynamic environment **Key Relationships** Reports to: Executive Director of Professional Billing & Collections **Candidate Qualifications** Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. - Strong analytical skills with advanced data retrieval and analysis experience - Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access (SQL knowledge required) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly - Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff - Proven ability to take ini
