The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. Summary: Lead improvement activities which are strategically aligned with the organizational goals using accepted improvement methodologies including: measurement, analysis, development of improvement plan, and the reporting of project results. Establish strong working relationships with interdisciplinary members of the health care team including: the medical staff, nursing and other operational areas, administration, and support services. Develop and present data including: executive summary reports, balanced score cards, and other reporting formats via committee structures as assigned.
