Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** The Director, Strategic Sourcing & Value Analysis Incumbent is a visionary and operational leader responsible for delivering clinical and financial value through aligned sourcing and value analysis initiatives across UCI Health's six hospitals and extended care settings. This role also serves as the UCI Health representative to the University of California Office of the President (UCOP) for systemwide strategic sourcing initiatives under Leveraging Scale for Value (LSfV). The incumbent leads a high-performing team that integrates best-in-class sourcing practices, supplier engagement, and clinical evidence into actionable value-based initiatives. This role oversees enterprise-level contracting and product evaluation, facilitates physician and clinician collaboration, and advances standardization and utilization optimization efforts that directly impact cost, quality, and outcomes
