The RCIS‑Developer Intermediate role encompasses a range of responsibilities leveraging the Microsoft technology stack, with primary focus on Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps. This position supports new requests from internal IU Health stakeholders and addresses issues identified through system monitoring tools. Responsibilities include maintaining existing data and processes, as well as designing and developing new processes, solutions, and technical artifacts. The role is also responsible for producing and maintaining technical documentation in accordance with established standards to ensure sustainable, cross‑team support. Collaboration with internal and external partners—including IT infrastructure, application support, development teams, and operational stakeholders—is essential. **Key Relationships** Reports to: RCIS-Systems Manager **Candidate Qualifications** Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as healthcare, computer systems, or information technology. - 3+ years of technical experience with two or more of the following technologies: T‑SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, MDX, DAX, stored procedures, triggers, .NET Framework, or C#. - 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or newer). - Demonstrated ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in a production environment. - Experience working directly
