## **Summary** The Instructional Technology Associate is a hands-on production and design role within the Center for Teaching and eLearning. This position is responsible for building polished, accessible eLearning content across multiple authoring platforms, creating motion graphics and video productions, and integrating AI tools into the course development workflow. The ideal candidate is a skilled visual communicator and digital builder who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and education. Position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after the initial onboarding period. The Center for Teaching and eLearning, Huffington Department of Education, Innovation and Technology, Baylor College of Medicine partners with faculty, researchers, and administrative units to design and deliver high-impact digital learning experiences. Our work spans biomedical sciences education, health professions training, and institutional professional development. We produce fee-for-service eLearning content for internal and external clients and operate a professional multimedia production studio.
