They advance our mission and exemplify excellence, compassion, teamwork and purpose in all that they do **.*** Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Clinical Lab team in the role of Intermediate Applications Analyst, Laboratory IS Outreach Systems. ****Overview**** The Intermediate Analyst – Laboratory IS Outreach Systems role supports the technology platforms that enable IU Health Pathology Laboratory to serve external outreach clients, including regional hospital systems, clinics, and physician offices. This role focuses on application support, system integrations, and interface implementations that ensure reliable laboratory operations and seamless client connectivity. This analyst will support a variety of Outreach systems, including ClockwiseMD, Lifepoint, Outreach Operations, and multiple EMR ‑ to ‑ LIS and LIS ‑ to ‑ LIS interfaces. This position blends production support with project ‑ based work and plays a key role in implementing, validating, and maintaining clinical interfaces that directly impact patient care and client satisfaction. **Key Relationships** Reports to : Manager-Information Services, System Services ****Key Responsibilities**** **Application & Production Support** - Provide day ‑ to ‑ day support for Outreach systems and reference laboratory interfaces to ensure stable, efficient operations. - Participate in break/fix troubleshooting, system maintenance, and scheduled support rotations. - Serve as part of an on ‑ call rotation to support non ‑ business hours operations. **Interface & Systems Management** - Assist with the implementation, validation, and support of new Outreach client interfaces. - Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot HL7 ‑ based interfaces to support laboratory workflows. - Maintain and u
