We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham. **Job Summary** Essential Functions: - Triages incoming inquiries in various mediums, while providing assistance to walk-ins and telephone inquiries. - Meets and greets patients and their families, providing individualized attention to patients’ needs. - Performs patient registration, ensuring accuracy of international demographics and financial data elements in the Hospital registration systems - Assist with special projects, including research and collecting data and interviews regarding national and international health providers. - Assists with data analysis for metrics. - Sends out routine communication emails in regard to visitors - All other duties as assigned **Qualifications** **Education** - High School Diploma required - Currently enrolled in college-level coursework. **Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required** - Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to assist both internal and external partners and potential partners. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and the ability to sustain ongoing relationships with colleagues and to work collaboratively as a member of a team. - Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and adhering to deadlines. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Must be able to protect the privacy of individuals and the confidentiality of employee and applicant information. - Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Ability to work w
