**What You Will Do** **This position will be filled at either R&D Engineer 1 or R&D Engineer 2, depending on the skills of the selected candidate(s). Additional job responsibilities, outlined below, will be assigned if the candidate is hired at the higher level.** The Maintenance Procurement Engineering Team under the Supply Chain Logistics (SCL-1) Group is seeking energetic and customer-focused seasoned Procurement Engineers to lead Procurement Engineering functions in support of Facility and/or Programmatic Maintenance efforts at TA-55 and surrounding areas. Selected candidates will assist the first-line manager in development and delivery of standardized and robust training to support a dynamic workforce that performs a wide range of activities including leading project walk-downs, extracting data from engineering drawings and specifications, development of comprehensive procurement packages, performing equivalency evaluations for obsolete parts, acting as procurement SME in Integrated Project Team (IPT)meetings, interacting with warehouse personnel, managing Consolidate Bill of Material Database and other related activities aimed at providing efficient and professional support to its many customers.
