The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.* Position Summary Reporting to the Divisional Administrator, the Financial Coordinator supports the financial management of the Division of General Medicine, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, sponsored research administration, and general divisional operations. The role manages, monitors, and reconciles divisional finances using University financial systems (including ARC, PAC, and FINSYS) as well as approved divisional shadow systems. The Financial Coordinator provides accurate reporting, ensures compliance with University policies, and supports financial decision-making through analysis and control activities.
