Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. **Summary** This Senior Salesforce position leverages Salesforce to develop complex workflows, configurations, and customizations within the Rush Salesforce Ecosystem. Collaborates with functional business leads and architects to customize and update complex software solutions for Salesforce digital programs. Designs prototype applications, implements and tests source code, troubleshoots software applications and effectively executes the development plan. Coaches Junior Developers. Acts as backup to Lead Developer and cross trains on Lead Developer functions.
