Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. **Summary** The RUSH Facilities Management department works with administrators, physicians, nurses, architects, interior designers, engineers, and general contractors on facility-based projects such as: master planning, selecting properties for future expansion, designing new and remodeled spaces, negotiating/managing leases, coordinating moves, assisting with furniture and equipment acquisition. This position, under the direction of the Director of Facilities Management or their designee, independently leads BIM initiatives and strategic planning for the Planning, Design & Construction department, coordinating complex projects across clinical, operational, and technical teams. It will provide leadership to the RUSH Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) and Building Information Management (BIM) team in the development of goals; planning, implementation and management of Building Design Models (BIM), facility plans, and associated databases used in the Planning Design & Construction Department. The position will be accountable for accuracy, integrity and organization of the facilities documents and data for all RUSH owned and leased buildings.
