Responsibilities: Under minimal supervision from the Chief Administrative Officer, the Education Manager directly oversees day-to-day operations for a health professions education programs, including site-based processes, logistics and operations, local site coordinator assignments and communications with faculty and staff. Assist the program directors and coordinators in the management and direction of the training programs. Major responsibilities include coordination of the educational activities of the programs, assisting incoming and current trainees, and maintaining academic curriculum. Assures program compliance with regulatory standards and oversees medical education staff. Can apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of medical education. Applies knowledge about policies, curriculum, requirements, and educational activities to coordinate professional health education programs. Facilitates and maintains
