This position coordinates all aspects of medical student clinical training, including the third- and fourth-year clerkships, fourth-year electives, first and second-year preceptorships, and physician assistant (PA) rotations. The administrator will collaborate with clerkship directors and provide advanced support for course management within the learning management system, assist in scheduling, cumulating assessment, evaluation and grading data, providing cross-campus alignment with Jacksonville, and maintaining accreditation and reporting with the College of Medicine, LCME, and FERPA. The administrator will also operate core informatics systems within the COM. **About This Role:** Course Management - Provide strategic leadership for the long-range development, capacity planning, and optimization of all clinical education experiences across the medical and PA programs. - Direct institution-level partnerships with internal and external clinical entities, resolving high-impact issues and negotiating clinical placement agreements in collaboration with COM leadership. - Architect and oversee the implementation of innovative course structures, LMS frameworks, and technology-enhanced workflows that support scalability, data integrity, and accreditation readiness. - Serve as a senior advisor to clerkship directors and curriculum committees by conducting high-level analysis of student performance, site outcomes, and curriculum effectiveness to inform policy and curricular reform. - L
