Responsibilities: **Position Summary:** This position is responsible for the performance of the full range of Nuclear Medicine procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals and related chemical substances. Responsible for the provision of quality patient care, including the timely throughput of patients and the performance of their exams. Operates and performs quality control of stationary and portable scintillation equipment including SPECT and gamma cameras, Geiger-Mueller counters, well counters, dose calibration devices and ancillary equipment. Performs Nuclear Medicine diagnostic studies on a SPECT and Gamma camera, including image acquisition and reformatting. The incumbent is responsible for performing necessary scans and procedures to aid in scanner qualifications ACR accreditation.
