Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. **Summary** In conjunction with the Senior Associate General Counsel -RCMC and members of the Office of Legal Affairs (OLA), this position is responsible for assisting in the management of transactional legal agreements for Rush University System for Health and all subsidiary and affiliate entities. This role reports directly to the Senior Associate General Counsel – RCMC and partners with Sourcing, Corporate Finance and system contract requestors and leaders as needed to ensure oversight and appropriateness of legal contractual arrangements.
