This is a teaching-focused appointment with a meaningful opportunity to contribute to applied economic research and regional engagement through the South Texas Economic Development Center (STEDC). The successful candidate will support undergraduate and/or graduate instruction in Business Economics or related business disciplines while contributing to policy-relevant, community-centered research aligned with the College’s mission. This position will be located at the Corpus Christi campus. We seek a candidate who holds a master’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field, and who demonstrates both teaching ability and strong organizational and communication skills. The standard teaching load is 2 courses per semester, reflecting a course release of up to 3 courses per semester to support STEDC activities, contingent on assigned responsibilities and available funding. Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate courses and may involve a combination of in-person, online, and hybrid course delivery.
