Responsibilities: The position of Nurse Practitioner I (Nightshift) in UCI School of Medicine Specialty Care Associates requires a highly competent, independent yet team-oriented individual who will be immersed in the Division of Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine. Under the supervision of the Medical Director of the Intensive Care Unit and guided by the applicable policies and procedures, the Nurse Practitioner will participate in the comprehensive care of patients in the ambulatory or inpatient settings and provide multi-disciplinary care coordination, treatment, education, monitoring, and communication with patients and referring physicians.
