Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Manage housing assignments for approximately 4,300 residents, including room changes, contract cancellations, and database updates. - Oversee daily front desk operations, resolving inquiries and independently troubleshooting resident and visitor concerns. - Analyze service trends and resident requests to recommend process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. - Coordinate administrative tasks such as key control, supply inventory, facilities requests, phone support, and special projects. Qualifications: **Required:** - Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented processes. - Excellent customer service and communication skills with experience supporting diverse populations. - Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with multiple software systems and data tracking tools. - Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. **Preferred:** - Experience in housing operations, student services, or property/residential management. - Background in front desk coordination or high-traffic customer-facing environments. - Experience analyzing data or service
