This role supports organizational financial performance by monitoring productivity, analyzing variances, and partnering with operational leaders to ensure departments meet established targets. Responsibilities include reviewing biweekly productivity reports, conducting variance analyses across locations, and collaborating with leadership to address performance gaps and identify best practices.
