The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.* Position Summary Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the development, analysis, and management of clinical, operational, and financial reports to evaluate trends, performance, and operational needs across Radiology outpatient off-site activities. The Senior Financial Analyst will maintain, develop, and manage reports and dashboards. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with the Associate Director of Finance to provide analytical, financial, and budgetary support for the preparation of budgets and business plans. Responsibilities - Extract, analyze, and interpret clinical, operational, and financial data from systems such as Epic, Cognos, ARC, and other reporting platforms to support reporting and decision-making. - Develop, maintain, and manage recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards related to volume, utilization, productivity, revenue, expenses, and operational performance. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, trends, and variances across Radiology outpatient off-site activities and provide actionable insights to leadership. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical, operational, and financial reports for leadership review. - Participate in the month-end and year-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entry support, variance analysis, and preparation of supporting schedules and reports. - A
