What you'll do Docusign is looking for a self-motivated SaaS Engineer to help us build, maintain, and rationalize our internal SaaS ecosystem. This role will involve day-to-day management of SaaS applications critical to our business, enforcing vendor management and SaaS policies, and working with business stakeholders to maximize the value delivery of their SaaS portfolios. This role will lead the architecture, governance, and optimization of enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and alignment with business objectives. You’ll be joining our Cloud Applications team which comprises system engineers and administrators responsible for overall SaaS service ownership and strategy. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Cloud Apps. **Responsibility** - Partner with business stakeholders to architect, implement, configure and maintain corporate SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Lucidchart and others - Deploy and maintain cloud-based applications, systems, and associated cloud infrastructure - Help define our SaaS service blueprint and establish a cross-functional intake, management, and support model - Build critical trust and relationships with business and technical
