Schwab’s Cybersecurity team is a first line of defense for Schwab. In this role within the Access Risk & Controls organization, you will join the Directory Services Data Governance Team as a central point of contact for Schwab Cybersecurity Services and act as a resource for technology related to Active Directory and cloud identity directories. **The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to creating and maintaining monitoring, root cause analysis, and gap remediation.** Other successful qualities include: Resilient, self-starter, able to work with limited supervision, and able to work well with others in a team environment while coaching less-experienced team members. Excellent English verbal and written communications skills with the ability to partner and collaborate with other teams effectively across the enterprise. What you have **Required Qualifications** - Basic understanding of directories such as Active Directory, RadiantLogic, and Cloud (Azure Entra ID, GCP, AWS) directories - Basic understanding of service principals and secrets management - A drive to research problems and analyze data - The ability to manage team projects with other team members and participate in cross-functional projects - Translating high-level business objectives into technical requirements - A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field **Preferred Qualifications** - Monitoring and documenting cybersecurity metrics and activities for portions of assigned systems and areas - Utilizing a risk-based approach to solving problems - Working with minimal supervision on new assignments - Explaining complicated information at a level appropriate to the audience - Translating complicated information and effectively communicat
